I believe that the computer does not recogise anymore that there are sensors which identify the orientation - likely from the error message content I could think that the power supply to these sensors might have been cut out by Win software update.

And I am very worried doing that. Yesterday I uninstalled one of the 4 devices and it did not come back.
But since I did reinstall windows I missed to create a recovery point. So one of the 4 completely disappeared. Then I searched through the registry and found the 3 keys and one missing. I compared the remaining ones and realised that all details are identical. Therefore I recreated the new key for the missing one and now all 4 are back. However the error is still there. My concern is that when deleting the device again, that the device manager will not even find the device since I believe it is diconnected from power - see error message Let me know what you think about uninstalling the device since you only described to delete the diver software - ann option which I appear not to have.
Is it save to delete the device instead? There are some bugs now also in the Device manager - looks like some goast devices which are listed but do not exist, when I tried to add hardware sensor, HID manually.
